Ezdan is listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange and holds one of the largest residential portfolios in the country — much of it retained and let rather than sold, which makes it one of Qatar's biggest landlords as well as a developer.
Ezdan Oasis and Ezdan Village are the recognisable names: gated compounds with pools, gyms and their own retail, aimed squarely at families relocating to Doha.
