For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

When you send an enquiry about a listing, or call or WhatsApp an agent through Saakin, your name, contact details and message go to the agency that published the listing so that it can answer you. We keep a record of the enquiry, and of calls and WhatsApp messages started from our pages, to report to agencies and to run the Service.

If you tick the follow-up box on an enquiry form, Saakin may contact you by e-mail or WhatsApp, about a day later, to ask whether you found a property. If you tell us you are still searching, we may share your request with up to three more agencies registered on Saakin that may have suitable properties, one at a time. We do not send these messages unless you have ticked the box, and every message lets you stop them; you can also ask us to stop at hello@saakin.qa.

If you create an account we keep your name, e-mail address and the properties you save. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and e-mail address and that the e-mail address is confirmed; we never receive your Google password. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Questions you type or speak into Saakin AI are sent to our AI provider to understand them and find matching listings or answers. Spoken questions are turned into text by your browser where it can do so; otherwise the short recording is sent to our AI provider to be transcribed and is not kept by Saakin. Saakin keeps your conversation with Saakin AI - what you wrote, what you were shown and what you opened - together with a random identifier stored in a cookie on your device, so that the assistant can remember what you were looking for when you come back and so that our team can answer you and improve the assistant. Our staff may read these conversations, and review them (without phone numbers or e-mail addresses) to improve how the assistant works; changes to the assistant are approved by our team. Please do not include personal details in your questions. A conversation is deleted after six months unless you left a request with your details. To show "Top searches", we count what was searched for (for example a type of property, an area and a number of bedrooms) without the words you typed or who searched.

If you report a listing, the report and any e-mail address you give go to Saakin's team and to the agency that published the listing, so that it can be checked and corrected. If you leave your name and number in Saakin AI, or continue on WhatsApp with Saakin's team, your request, the details of what you are looking for and a summary of your conversation go to Saakin's team, who may pass them to agencies that can help you, and may contact you by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail about it.

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data commonly used as a unique anonymous identifier. These are sent to your browser from the Website you visit and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Saakin uses cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your language, to recognise you in Saakin AI when you return (a random identifier, not your name) and, through Google Analytics, to count visits and see how the Service is used.

Our Website uses these "cookies" to collect information and improve our Service. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your computer. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not use some service portions.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related services; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform our Service users that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf, and however, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information; thus, we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Service may contain links to other sites. Suppose you click on a third-party link, Which will direct you to that site. Note that we do not operate these external sites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for any third-party sites or services' content, privacy policies, or practices.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, and these changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
