Qatar opened freehold ownership to non-Qatari buyers across a defined set of districts, and the market has matured quickly since. The Pearl, Lusail and West Bay Lagoon remain the most established freehold addresses, while newer masterplans add supply every year.
That steady pipeline is what keeps the market readable: supply arrives in known phases, so buyers can compare a tower coming out of the ground against one completed three years ago, and price the difference honestly.
